Forward Teaching is recruiting enthusiastic and reliable KS1 & KS2 Supply Teachers in Bexley to work with our partner primary schools across the borough.

Primary Supply Teaching in Bexley
As a KS1 or KS2 Supply Teacher, you will provide high-quality classroom cover in the absence of the regular class teacher, helping to maintain continuity, engagement and a positive learning environment for pupils.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across KS1 and/or KS2
- Following the National Curriculum and individual school expectations
- Creating a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment
- Engaging, motivating and encouraging pupils to achieve their best
- Managing behaviour confidently and positively
- Adapting your teaching to meet different abilities and learning needs
- Supporting pupils with SEND where required
- Following school safeguarding and behaviour policies
- Recording attendance and providing feedback to relevant school staff
- Building positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and the wider school community
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for teachers who are confident, adaptable and passionate about giving children a positive learning experience.
You will ideally have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience teaching within a primary school setting
- A good working knowledge of the KS1 and/or KS2 National Curriculum
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Confidence adapting quickly to different school environments
- An inclusive approach to teaching and learning
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A professional, reliable and flexible approach
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to complete the required checks
