FORWARD TEACHING are seeking a School Administrator with SEN experience for our client based in Greenwich.

  • Proven experience in school administration, with a focus on supporting students with special education needs.
  • In-depth understanding of SEN policies, procedures, and best practices
  • familiarity with relevant legislation, such as the individuals with disabilities education act or education, health and care plans
  • strong organisational skills and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, with a compassionate and patient approach
  • Proficiency in office software and technology, including database management and student information systems.


  • Provide administrative support to the SEN department, including maintaining accurate records of student progress, assessments, and interventions.
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of individualized education plans and other support strategies for students with SEN.
  • Liaise with teachers, support staff and external professionals to facilitate the provisions of appropriate accommodations and resources for students with diverse learning needs.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/carers regarding their child’s SEN support, progress, and interventions.
  • Support the SENDCO in the administration of SEN-related paperwork and documentation.
  • contribute to the development and review of school policies and procedures related to SEN provision.

  • Full Time


  • £34,502 – £44,756 per annum


  • Monday to Friday
