FORWARD TEACHING are seeking a Personal Assistant to a Headteacher for our client based in Greenwich.

Our client is seeking a dedicated personal assistant to the Head Teacher to play a key role in insuring the smooth and efficient operation of our academic leadership team. If you’re ready to take on a dynamic and rewarding role in education administration, we want to hear from you!


  • Clear Enhanced DBS.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role, preferably in educational setting.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and communication.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and fast paced environment.


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the head teacher, including managing their schedule, handling correspondence, and coordinating meeting and appointments.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports and presentation to the head teacher as needed.
  • Act and liaise between the head teacher and internal and external stakeholders, including staff, parents, students and community members.
  • Assist with organisation and execution of school events, meetings and special projects.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both digital and physical formats, to ensure efficient access to information.
  • Handle inquiries and requests on behalf of the head teacher, exercising discretion and professionalism at all times.
  • Undertake addition al tasks and responsibilities as assigned but the head teacher to support smooth operation of the school.

  • £31,000.00-£44,329.00


  • Monday to Friday


  • At least one year teaching in a Secondary School
  • Teaching KS4 (Preferred)
