Forward Teaching is looking to connect with dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants who are ready to make a real difference in the classroom.

The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you may be supporting pupils with:

• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
• Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
• ADHD and communication difficulties
• Speech, language and learning needs
• Complex needs and individual education plans
• 1:1 and small-group classroom support

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience working with children or young people, ideally within an SEN setting
• A patient, compassionate and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential
• Willingness to complete all necessary safeguarding and recruitment checks
